AIRPORT SHUTTLES
Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and all host hotels on the following dates:
Friday, January 31
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 1
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 5
5:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Continuous shuttle service from all ABA host hotels to PHL will be provided every 30 minutes. See the lobby sign at your hotel the day before departures for specific scheduling.
CONVENTION CENTER SHUTTLES
Starting on Thursday, January 30 through Tuesday, February 4, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided from the Notary to the convention center on a continuous basis. The Marriott has a indoor walkway from the hotel to the convention center. The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2Suites are directly across the street from the Convention Center. Delegates not at the Notary with special transportation needs should contact us at meetingsdept@buses.org.

Saturday, Feb. 1| Sightseeing Tours
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Buses will begin boarding at 8:30 a.m.
Leaves from the Convention Center.
Sunday, Feb. 2 | All-Delegate Evening Event (Name TBD)
6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Continuous shuttle service between the Host Hotels and Evening Event
Monday, Feb.3 | Foundation Afterglow at Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia
8:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Continuous service between the Notary and the Hard Rock Cafe. Delegates at the other hotels with special transportation needs should contact us at meetingsdept@buses.org.
Tuesday, Feb. 4 | Closing All-Delegate Reception: Road to Reno & ABA Jam Band
6:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Continuous service between the Notary and the Convention Center. Delegates at the other hotels with special transportation needs should contact us at meetingsdept@buses.org.
