AIRPORT SHUTTLES

Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and all host hotels on the following dates:

Friday, January 31

10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 1

10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Airport shuttles will depart at Zone 8 which is dedicated to Charter Buses.  This area is at the top of terminal B/C and at the start of terminal D. 

Zone 8 signage is noted as charter bus load zone terminal C/D.

Wednesday, February 5

5:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Continuous shuttle service from all ABA host hotels to PHL will be provided every 30 minutes. See the lobby sign at your hotel the day before departures for specific scheduling.

CONVENTION CENTER SHUTTLES

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the Marriott front drive for any guests staying at the Marriott and Notary hotel to the PCC.

Complimentary shuttle services will also be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn front entrance for any guests staying at the Hilton Garden and Home2Suites to the PCC.

Service times are as follows:

6:30am – 6:45pm

Monday, 2/3

6:30am – 6:45pm

Tuesday, 2/4

6:30am – 6:45pm

Saturday, Feb. 1| Sightseeing Tours
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Buses will begin boarding at 8:30 a.m.
Leaves from the Convention Center.

Sunday, Feb. 2 | All-Delegate Evening Event (Name TBD)
6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Continuous shuttle service between the Host Hotels and Evening Event

Monday, Feb.3 | Foundation Afterglow at Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia
8:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Continuous service between the Notary and the Hard Rock Cafe. Delegates at the other hotels with special transportation needs should contact us at [email protected].

Tuesday, Feb. 4 | Closing All-Delegate Reception: Road to Reno & ABA Jam Band
6:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Continuous service between the Notary and the Convention Center. Delegates at the other hotels with special transportation needs should contact us at [email protected].
