Decorations, carpet and furnishings are not provided. You may bring your own booth or rent equipment from ABA’s decorator. An exhibitor kit will be available in November.

Companies who dismantle their booths prior to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 will not be allowed to have booth space at next year’s Marketplace.

EXHIBIT DEADLINES

End of November

Floor plans, booth assignments and exhibitor packet will be sent to all sponsors.

December 1

Deadline for decorating/audio-visual/entertainment needs.

Food and beverage can be ordered through Huntington Place’s Online Ordering site. Select the correct event and date(s).

RAFFLES/GIVEAWAYS/CATERING

You may provide giveaways, food or drink in your booth. All details regarding your booth, give-aways and food and beverage must be approved by ABA prior to December 1, 2022.   You are responsible for the delivery of giveaways to the winner.  ABA is not able to make winner announcements.

REGISTRATION BENEFITS

Sponsorship does not include any delegate registrations.  Sponsors can bring extra attendees to work their booth. The rates and registrations are subject to ABA approval. 

  • $0: Principal Level Entertainer Pass for Day of Sponsored Meal Event. If additional days of registration are needed the cost will be the rates below. No access to the Business Floor.
  • $350 Per Day – No access to the Business Floor.
  • $895 Full-week – No access to the Business Floor (Max. of 1).
