Please note the following Marketplace Business Session rules and housekeeping details:
- All Marketplace Business Appointments are held at the Buyer booths on the Business Floor.
- All appointment-taking Sellers have access to the Business Floor all three days but only have prescheduled appointments on one day. Business Floor Seller delegates can take appointments with their company’s appointment-taker or access the floor to pick up additional appointments. Buyer appointment-takers and rotation delegates have access to the Business Floor all three days.
- No displays, pictures, banners, signs or flip charts of any kind are permitted on the Marketplace Business Floor. A brochure, profile sheet, laminated sales notebook video player and/or tablet with headset format are permissible on the Business Floor.
- Business attire is expected on the Marketplace Business Floor. Jeans are unacceptable and uniforms and costuming are not allowed on the Marketplace Business Floor.
- Be respectful of other delegates’ appointment sessions – begin and end your session on time and do not interrupt a scheduled appointment.
- All delegates are urged to keep 100% of their scheduled appointments. Should you experience a “no-show”, please fill out a “no-show” form and return it to Registration.
- Do not disturb a buyer on their Official Break as noted on their table tent.
- Please turn off all cell phones and pagers during appointment sessions.
- Be careful of any wheeled bags or briefcases when looking for booth numbers and signs.
- There are buyer mailboxes located on each buyer table. Sellers can place profile sheets in these mailboxes, but it is important to remember NOT to disturb another seller’s appointment.
- The Marketplace Delegate Depot is excited to offer the “Supplies on The Go” Help desk on the Business Floor sponsored by New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism.You now do not need to leave the Business Floor to get the assistance you need to make your Marketplace experience productive
. - Restrooms are available outside of the exhibit hall. Restroom amenities are sponsored by Ohio Has It!
- Tables and stools in the front and back of the Business Floor are provided for breaks by buyers and sellers.
- There is complimentary wireless service within the exhibit hall, common space and education seminar rooms.
