You can place promotional material in the Operator Registration Bag (quantity of 800). Send a sample of the materials to vosman@buses.org for approval by December 15, 2020. These items must be received at the advance warehouse no later than the deadline given by the decorator in the exhibitor kit.

EXHIBIT BENEFITS

FURNISHINGS

Furnishings are not included with your exhibit space. Carpet and drape are provided, but decorations and furnishings are not provided. You may bring your own booth or rent equipment from ABA’s decorator. An exhibitor kit will be available in November.

Saturday, January 30

1:30 – 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, January 31

9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Monday, February 1

9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, February 2

9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Companies who dismantle their booths prior to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 will not be allowed to have booth space at next year’s Marketplace.

EXHIBIT DEADLINES

December 1

Floor plans, booth assignments and exhibitor packet will be sent to all sponsors.

December 31

Deadline for decorating/audio-visual/entertainment needs.

RAFFLES/GIVEAWAYS/CATERING

You may provide giveaways, food or drink in your booth. All details regarding your booth, give-aways and food and beverage must be approved by ABA prior to December 31, 2020.   You are responsible for the delivery of giveaways to the winner.  ABA is not able to make winner announcements.
