COMPANY REGISTRATION TYPES
Your registration type is determined by the primary membership category for your organization except for Bus, Tour and Receptive Operators. These operator organizations can attend Marketplace a Buyers and/or Sellers, depending on their business purpose in attending Marketplace.
The designation given to Motorcoach and Tour Operators who attend Marketplace to meet with Sellers to foster business relationships, purchase products and services and/or attend educational and special interest council events.
ABA Bus and Tour Operator I & II and Guest Operators
Sellers attend Marketplace to meet with Buyers (motorcoach/tour operator) to foster business relationships and solicit tourism dollars and become more knowledgeable through education seminars and networking opportunities.

DELEGATE EVENT ROLE
Each delegate within a company registration type is assigned an event role that determines access.
These delegates can participate in the prescheduled business appointment request and scheduling process. Buyer/Operator appointment-takers will also be assigned a booth on the Business Floor.
A Motorcoach and Tour Operator who alternates the Marketplace appointment responsibilities with another company Buyer registrant. Buyers can send one rotation delegate for every appointment-taking delegate registered. Rotation delegates also have access to all the other events and tools of Marketplace. These delegates do not participate in the prescheduling appointment process.
Once an organization reaches their limit number of appointment-takers, any additional delegates from the organization wanting access to the Business Floor would register with this event role. Business Floor delegates can access the business floor to attend appointments with an appointment-taker or conduct appointments with buyers with an open appointment slot. Business Floor delegates also have access to all the other events and tools of Marketplace. These delegates do not participate in the prescheduling appointment process.
This event role is limited to certain membership categories. Representatives/exhibitors do not have access to the Business Floor nor participate in the appointment process. Representative/Exhibitor delegates also have access to all the other events and tools of Marketplace.
Guests attend ABA’s Marketplace for the social and meal functions (i.e., spouses, family members). Guests may not be employed by ABA member companies or plan to conduct business. No single event tickets are available.
