    Lisa Braithwaite, M.A. is on a mission to help business leaders build visibility, credibility, and awareness for their work through engaging presentations.

    Her background as an advocate and trainer in the nonprofit sector and her degrees in theater and education have influenced her upbeat and accessible approach to public speaking training. In 2017, she published her book, "Presenting for Humans: Insights for Speakers on Ditching Perfection and Creating Connection."

    She's a member of the National Speakers Association and a Certified Virtual Presenter of Excellence. Residing in Ojai, California with her husband Rudy, she's mom to two rescue kitties, Ernie and Benjamin, who are Instagram celebrities.

  • Bill Caldwell

    With his extensive knowledge of tax codes combined with strong accounting skills, CEO William “Bill” J. Caldwell is able to help clients realize their dreams. Bill Caldwell honed his financial skills during a tenure at the U.S. Department of Army Audit Agency.   • Bud Geissler, Jr.

    Bud Geissler spent more than 20 years working as a tour operator in the student travel industry. His engaging personality and presentation style brings to life the vision he has for travel as an integral component of every child’s education.

    During his term (2011-2012) as President of the Student and Youth Travel Association (SYTA), Bud was able to help other tour operators verbalize what our industry does for students, “Educational travel connects curriculum to reality, practice to performance and classrooms to careers.”

    He created an International Task force to examine the impact inbound students were having on the landscape of the industry segment. SYTA also reorganized its Safety Committee under Bud’s leadership and developed the SYTA Safety Resource Guide. Probably the largest project taken on by SYTA while Bud served on the Executive Committee was a 3 year research project tackling student travel trends. “We must understand why students travel, beyond fun of course. We need to be able to quantify data regarding their travel needs, destinations and the economic impact this segment has on the economy. Student travel is a consistent and important percentage of the travel industry.” Bud is currently serving as Vice-Chair of the SYTA Youth Foundation and is looking forward to accepting the Chair position, in August, at the SYTA Annual Conference.

    His professional speaking resume includes school district keynotes, panel discussions with international audiences, American Middle Level Educators work sessions and multi-day student leadership conferences. Bud has been looked to as a presenter on trends in the student travel marketplace, how to host a student group and safety procedure and protocol.

    In April of 2021, Bud took the role of Vice President of Sales and Business Development at GroupCollect. "I am thrilled to be on this ride with the GroupCollect team.     Nicole founded Break the Ice Media, a marketing communications agency focused on the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry in 2009. As CEO, Nicole is responsible for working with clients to understand their business challenges, developing strategic marketing plans that deliver results, and leading a team of professionals to execute those plans.   In 2016, Nicole launched the weekly podcast Destination on the Left, interviewing tourism professionals from around the globe on creativity and collaboration in the industry. In 2020, she commissioned a first-of-its-kind research study to find out what makes collaborations successful and how important collaboration will be in helping the travel, tourism and hospitality industry recover from the current crisis.
