Official Program ads (5.5″x8.5″-PDF or hi res jpeg) due to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Operator Appointment Booklet ads (5.5″x8.5″-PDF or hi res jpeg) due to email@example.com.
Directory of Participants ads (5.5″x 11″-PDF or hi res jpeg) due to firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXHIBITS | Sponsorship booths will be assigned by ABA.
EXHIBITS | Details regarding booth, give-aways and food/beverage must be sent to ABA for approval.
REGISTRATION BAGS | Registration bag material to be submitted
for ABA approval. (Note: Items must be received at the advance warehouse
no later than the deadline given by the decorator in the exhibitor kit.)
FEES | Sponsorship fee deadline. (Note: Contracts signed after Oct. 1 will be due within 30 days.)
EXHIBITS | Floor plans, booth assignments and exhibitor packet will be sent to all sponsors.
MARKETING | Sponsor contract deadline for guaranteed inclusion on Marketplace Floor Plan interactive map.
MEAL SPONSORS | Catering, Decor, A/V, Entertainment, Promo Materials and AV Basic Worksheet due to email@example.com.
FLOOR LOUNGES | Catering and food permits due to firstname.lastname@example.org.
MARKETING | List of Partner Sponsors deadline for guaranteed inclusion in the Marketplace Directory of Participants as a sponsor.
EXHIBITS | Deadline for catering/decorating/audio-visual/entertainment needs.
MARKETING | Sponsor contract deadline for guaranteed inclusion in the Official Program.

Drape | Each 10′ x 10′ booth will be set up with 8′ high drape, 3′ high side dividers and booths 300 sqft or less will receive a 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a one-line identification sign upon request.
Carpet | All aisles and booths will be carpeted. Exhibitors will be permitted to install different color carpet at their expense.
Furniture | No furniture is provided for the exhibit unless specially listed in the sponsorship contract.
Orders | Forms will be provided in the exhibitor kit to order onsite products and/or services.
